How to redeem a discount code?


When you are at the checkout page in your dashboard, in the last step of the payment, you can find a field for a discount code. After you validate, the system will confirm that the code is working and also show the amount and the final price

Why is my discount code not working?

Discount codes can be obtained from our websites, our affiliates, and also from giveaways. Want to make sure your code is working properly, or you want to double-check the offer? Just click Validate at the final stage of your purchase. If there's an issue with the code, we will let you know right away.

Troubleshooting issues with discount codes:

  1. Birthday code: If you have received a birthday code from E8, you need to redeem it within 14 days. After this period, the code is disabled.

  2. Wrong account setup/conditions: You might have received a code that is usable only for certain product types or under specific conditions. Mayme its only for E8 Signature $50,000 Futures accounts, or for E8 One accounts under $100,000 simulated capital. Always make sure the setup is correct.
