The documents supported for each country may vary depending on our KYC partners. If a particular document is not accepted, please use a different one that is.
Process:
The verification is done through our KYC third-party partners Sumsub and Veriff. This process is automated and usually takes only a few minutes.
If verification is not accepted by our KYC partners for any reason, you are unfortunately ineligible to use our services.

To make sure that the provided documents are not expired, users are required to take secondary verification so our team can check the validity of the documentation.

Process:
Our relevant team will check your provided KYC information within 24 hours to verify if everything is in order. if the information does not match or there is any problem with the document, our team will contact you to check and edit the information.
Single User account policy
Users are only allowed to have a single user account so all purchases of our evaluations must be made through one registered user account. All accounts must be traded solely by their respective owners.
Creating multiple user accounts under different emails or trading accounts from different users is a violation of our terms and conditions and may lead to the temporary or permanent suspension of your active accounts and user profile.
